Homo Ludens 2.0 Theater and art therapy playground for adults
In view of the great interest, we will repeat our event in June! For those who missed the first time or who would like to recreate, again, we welcome you very much at the playground of free creation!
The game is not only the basic need of children, but also the instinctive need of all people for the self-forget and spontaneous possibility of living existence. It is a unique way of creating relationships, learning or even healing, which contributes to our well-being and enriching our whole lives.
During our process, Homo Ludens, a man who lives within us, will be developed. The primary aim of the event is to play and create freely, so that we can meet the player and the joyful person in us, who is spontaneous, courageous and creative, without any strings and expectations.
During the occasion, in a safe and accepting space, we have the opportunity to express ourselves amusingly, to which we call for various theatrical games and art therapy exercises.
The workshop is an exciting opportunity to:
⢠Play and create in oblivion ⢠practice living spontaneity and presence ⢠Experience the stress-solving effect of casual play ⢠experiment by keeping and extending your comfort zone ⢠exercise the ability to initiate and connect
