We invite you to a special self-knowledge workshop with voice travel. Advent is a period of silence, inward turning and mapping of our inner world. This often challenges us: as nature retires and rests, our internal processes become pronounced, offering an opportunity to slow down and turn our attention to ourselves. The aim of the workshop is to support the internal changes that are taking place within us, helping the process of remission, renewal, and deeper connection with ourselves.

In the workshop we work with art therapy exercises, ancient symbols of circle and spiral and light-darkness, while living music helps to deepen into the process.

During our journey of self-knowledge, we look for answers to the following questions:

What does cyclicality mean to me, what does the cycle teach me? What life cycle am I in now? What repeated patterns do I have that come back to me? How can we find our inner light when the greatest is darkness?

The process is worth preparing with a comfortable dressing room and thick socks in which you can move and create freely.

COSTS?

Event participation fee: 8000 HUF / person

We provide 3 supported seats at the price of 3500 HUF / person

In order to reserve your seat, you will have to deposit HUF 3500 in advance.
